A year-round garden - Olivia Garden - is being built in the Olivia Business Center, the largest business center in the Tri-City. The first tropical tree has just been planted there. In the garden there will be thousands of plants representing over 150 different species, as well as places to rest, benches and eating places. The green area, accessible to all, will provide a constant and weather-independent possibility of communing with nature at the Olivia Business Center. The project was created for the inhabitants of the Tri-City and tourists who since 2019 have been visiting numerous dining options and an observation deck, located on the top floors of the Olivia Star office building belonging to the complex, which is the tallest office building in northern Poland.
