A new office building will be built in Katowice. Ghelamco is starting its office project in the capital of the Silesian Agglomeration. The Craft building is being built in the business part of the city, near the Silesia City Center shopping mall. The 55-meter office building with a two-story underground garage will offer 26.7 thousand. sq m high-class lease space. The object will have the shape of three stacked cuboids. Thanks to this, there will be space for six terraces, one of which will be on the roof. Elements in the shade of copper have been designed on the facade of the building, which will give it an industrial character. The office building is to be ready by the end of 2022.
