Yes. We can develop a strategy for the sale of a single asset, a real estate package or a stake in a project/special purpose vehicle. The scope and form of the transaction are flexibly adjusted to your goals and current market expectations.
As a standard, we work on the basis of remuneration linked to a successful transaction (Success Fee). In the case of more complex projects (e.g. Land Development or recommercialisation), it is often supplemented with the remuneration for preparatory work. We discuss the detailed remuneration model at the beginning of our cooperation.
