Walter Herz is a consulting company operating on the commercial real estate market in Poland. We support clients in decision-making and conducting processes that have a real impact on their businesses. We develop analysis and strategies and lead our clients to final arrangements and implementation.

Walter Herz has been operating in Poland since 2012. The company implements projects in key segments of the commercial real estate market, involving offices, warehouses/logistics, retail, hotels, PRS/RES and land, as well as rental, sale and purchase of real estate.

We are distinguished by a data-driven approach (not intuition), processing work "from A to Z", tailoring teams to the specific needs of the project, advisory independence and responsibility for the result – not only for "delivering offers".

The key values are the orientation towards our client’s goals, independence and transparency of rules, responsibility for the effect and combining competences from different market sectors.

Most often, we start by talking about business goals and project criteria, and we then prepare a project strategy and define the scope, schedule and method of communication. In projects that require confidentiality, we can start by signing an NDA.

The earlier, the better. We can already help you at the stage of defining needs, analysing scenarios, verifying the budget and setting business assumptions. Involving an advisor at an early stage increases the predictability of the process and improves the negotiating position.

We combine both elements. We provide support in making strategic decisions (incl. directions, scenarios, models) and in carrying out the entire process to the end – so that real estate decisions are consistent with the company’s strategy and not an ad hoc action.
