Project description

Workspace designed for focused work and relaxation

Accace Poland provides business consulting and process outsourcing services, supporting companies in the areas of accounting, payroll, taxes and law. The organisation needed an office in Warsaw that would simultaneously ensure work comfort, the right proportions between zones allowing for focused work and cooperation to improve the experience of employees, inside and outside the workplace.

CHALLENGES

Office supporting the team, inside and outside the workplace

A key challenge for us was to find space that would provide both comfort to employees and functionality, with an appropriate number of workstations and zones for tasks that require concentration. It was equally important to create a place for the staff to take a break. An important criterion was to provide access to the terrace as a place for rest and for informal meetings. An additional challenge was the relocation of the office from Mokotow to the centre of Warsaw, with better access by public transport and more convenient everyday commuting. The management wanted the new headquarters to combine a space for relaxation, conversations and integration with one designated for relaxed work requiring concentration.

OUR SOLUTIONS

Arrangement on the lease and translation of the needs of the organisation into specific conditions of the process

We comprehensively guided our client through the process of acquiring new space in Atrium Centrum, making sure that the choice and terms of lease supported Accace’s work model and the planned launch of the new headquarters. At the same time, we coordinated cooperation with the Project Manager on the tenant’s side so that the lease arrangements, functional requirements and work schedule were consistent and possible to implement within the assumed timeframe.

BENEFITS

Office and terrace in the centre to contribute to the well-being of the team

Accace Poland opened a new headquarters in Warsaw in Atrium Centrum on an area of over 600 sq. m, designed in accordance with the needs of the organisation, with a clear division into zones for focused work and common space. The heart of the office was the kitchen, providing a place for short breaks, conversations and rest during the day. An additional value was access to the terrace, used as a natural space for less formal meetings and relaxation. The consistent arrangements and management of the process allowed the company to efficiently move from the stage of making lease decisions to the office space preparation stage, reducing the risks typical of short implementations, such as delays, unclear technical arrangements and costly clarifications at the finish.
