Walter Herz is strengthening its management team. Maciej Skrzycki has taken on the role of Head of Sales & Operations, where he will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing operational processes and increasing the company's business efficiency. His responsibilities will also include integrating team activities and developing solutions to support the organisation's continued growth.

Maciej Skrzycki has over 20 years of experience in management and business development, gained at international and Polish organisations such as Nike, Benefit Systems, Marketing Investment Group/Sizer, Sklep Biegacza and EURO RTV AGD. He has held positions including CEO, COO and Management Board Member. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for driving sales growth, leading organisational transformations, and managing teams and business structures. He has led organisations employing approximately 1,800 people and retail networks comprising more than 190 locations across European markets.

At Walter Herz, he will focus on driving sales growth, raising customer service standards and improving collaboration across teams. Another key area of his responsibility will be developing leaders, strengthening the organisation's capabilities and implementing solutions that will enable the company to scale its operations effectively.
