Senior Negotiator

Responsibilities:

  • Customer acquisition.
  • In-depth analysis of the Client’s needs, comprehensive consultancy and selection of the best solutions meeting the specific needs of the Client.
  • Acting as an expert and advisor at every stage of the process.
  • Financial and lease agreement negotiations aimed at obtaining the best terms and conditions for Walter Herz Clients.
  • Cooperation with subcontractors and coordination of their work.
  • Participation and support in the process of verifying cost estimates, project management and technical analyses.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in economics, with a specialisation in real estate).
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate industry or B2B sales of professional services.
  • Experience in successful contract negotiations.
  • Good knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, including the office market.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Communication skills and openness to new challenges.
  • Thinking out of the box.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Reliability in the performance of entrusted duties and independence.
  • Time management skills and strong organisational skills.
