Responsibilities:
- Customer acquisition.
- In-depth analysis of the Client’s needs, comprehensive consultancy and selection of the best solutions meeting the specific needs of the Client.
- Acting as an expert and advisor at every stage of the process.
- Financial and lease agreement negotiations aimed at obtaining the best terms and conditions for Walter Herz Clients.
- Cooperation with subcontractors and coordination of their work.
- Participation and support in the process of verifying cost estimates, project management and technical analyses.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in economics, with a specialisation in real estate).
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate industry or B2B sales of professional services.
- Experience in successful contract negotiations.
- Good knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, including the office market.
- Very good English skills.
- Communication skills and openness to new challenges.
- Thinking out of the box.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Reliability in the performance of entrusted duties and independence.
- Time management skills and strong organisational skills.
