Skyliner II is a new, prestigious office investment being developed right next to the first stage of the Skyliner complex, in the heart of the Wola business district at Rondo Daszyńskiego. It offers excellent access to the Daszyńskiego metro station, as well as trams and buses. The facility is set to become another prominent landmark on the Warsaw skyline.
The project features 28 floors with a total leasable area of approximately 24,000 m², of which about 23,000 m² will be dedicated to offices and approximately 1,000 m² to retail and service units on the ground floor.
