Case study Vorwerk

The new headquarters was meant to offer more than a typical office. Its design had to support a working environment encouraging cooperation and knowledge exchange and provide an extensive training zone for the sales chain. Another important requirement was a designation of some space for a specialised, fully equipped Thermomix® kitchen for testing and presentations, as well as a larger coworking space for design work and meetings. The whole project had to meet high technical and comfort requirements (A-Class, green certification), provide an adequate number of parking spaces and be implemented in a short time without disrupting current operations.

We took over the comprehensive relocation of the headquarters, from specifying business and functional needs (office layout, training zones, kitchen, coworking zone, parking) to selecting facilities and recommending locations. We focused on A-Class buildings with flexible design potential and parameters matching the specific needs of Vorwerk. We then set out financial, legal and technical conditions to support the company’s design requirements and long-term goals. We used our experience from previous regional projects, also ensuring consistency of approach for the scale of the location portfolio.

Vorwerk Polska gained a new headquarters in an A-Class building offering a high technical standard, confirmed by the BREEAM Excellent certification, with space tailored to the company’s organisational culture and real processes. Modern training zones with teaching facilities, a specialised Thermomix® kitchen and a flexible coworking space supporting project work and a hybrid model were designated. The relocation process was carried out smoothly, with minimal operational burden on the client’s side, and the lease terms developed corresponded to Vorwerk’s long-term plans. Our partnership cooperation continues, and another project is being carried out based on knowledge of the specifics of the business and a repeatable standard of activities.
