Walter Herz Expands the Potential of Its Tenant Representation Department
22 May 2026Walter Herz is consistently expanding its expertise in office tenant advisory services. Zlatina Mikołajczyk has joined the company’s Tenant Representation team in Warsaw as an Associate Director. In her new role, she will be responsible for delivering office relocation and lease renegotiation projects, representing clients during lease negotiations, and coordinating leasing processes managed by the company.
Zlatina Mikołajczyk brings more than 15 years of professional experience gained in both Poland and the Central and Eastern European markets. She has extensive expertise in advising international companies expanding their operations in Poland, with a particular focus on businesses from Asia.
Throughout her career, Zlatina Mikołajczyk has supported the market entry of numerous Korean entities into Poland, including banks, engineering companies, and the largest Korean state-owned enterprises. She has also advised Japanese companies from the electronics and financial sectors, as well as a Chinese company operating in the electromobility industry. In addition, she was responsible for introducing BLD — a company owned by the Bulgarian holding AG Capital, which invests in real estate across the Balkans — to the Polish market.
Zlatina Mikołajczyk specializes in identifying strategic business development directions and supporting decision-making processes related to commercial real estate. She has been responsible for implementing structured sales processes, developing client acquisition strategies, and managing projects related to business expansion across Central and Eastern European markets.
Zlatina Mikołajczyk gained her professional experience through cooperation with organizations such as ITRA Polska, ForLogistic, EuropaProperty.com, and Investment Environments. She also worked at Trade and Investment Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Sofia, where she was responsible for supporting Polish companies in their expansion into the Bulgarian market, analyzing investment potential, and organizing trade missions.
