The company has leased over 600 sqm of office space in the boutique Class A office building, owned by the Zasada Group. The tenant was represented by Walter Herz consulting company throughout the leasing process. The new headquarters is scheduled to open in the autumn of this year.

Quadrum has been operating on the Polish market since 1987, specializing in high-quality projects delivered under general contracting agreements as well as comprehensive fit-out services. The company delivers projects across the retail, industrial and logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, residential and public sectors. As a general contractor, the company has delivered projects including a production and warehouse facility in Dabrowa Gornicza, residential developments in Wisla and Cracow, the MAN Trucks production plant in Niepolomice, the expansion of the PEPSI COLA warehouse facility in Michrow, the Goethe-Institut Kraków, and the expansion of the BELL POLSKA production plant in Niepolomice.

In the near future, Quadrum will commence construction works on one of the most prestigious developments in the center of Katowice – Kwartał Dworcowa.

Stella Office is a Class A office building located at 75 Przybyszewskiego Street in the Bronowice district of Cracow. The investment, owned by the Zasada Group, was completed at the end of 2025. The building stands out for its minimalist and elegant architecture, featuring a characteristic curved glazed façade. The five-storey property offers 9,900 sqm of space and was designed by Q3D Group to provide the highest standards of workplace comfort and operational efficiency for its tenants.

The development’s location ensures convenient access both to the center of Cracow and to the city’s main outbound routes. Its proximity to Armii Krajowej Street and the Ofiar Katynia Roundabout provides efficient connections to the A4 motorway and Kraków Airport.
