The investment volume generated in the first half of this year was almost 7 percent. higher than in the same period last year. In the first half of this year, 52 contracts with a total value of over EUR 2.85 billion were concluded on the main markets in the country. The dominant sectors were the office and warehouse markets, which account for a total of EUR 2.41 billion in the value of recorded transactions.
