The Warsaw office complex, Mennica Legacy Tower, won the European Property Awards plebiscite for the best real estate projects in Europe. The facility was realized by GGH in cooperation with Mennica Polska S.A. received the title of the best investment in Poland and Europe in the Commercial High-Rise Architecture category. Mennica Legacy Tower is a project of the renowned Goettsch Partners studio from Chicago. Thanks to such advantages as extensive service and commercial facilities as well as spacious public squares and passages with elements of small architecture, Mennica Legacy Tower is an excellent example of a private investment that fits perfectly into the urban space. The plebiscite has been organized since 1994. Last year alone, projects from 130 countries with a total value of more than £ 50 billion participated in it.
