TriGranit has laid the cornerstone for an office building. The building, scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2021, will offer nearly 26,000 square meters of Class A gross leasable area and over 400 parking spaces. The new office building, along with previously completed investments – the Silesia City Center Shopping Center and Dębowe Tarasy, will be a classic example of a brownfield project, built on a degraded post-industrial site. Following the completion of the first phase of the S4B investment, the investor plans to develop the next phase of the office complex, which will provide 30,000 square meters of space.
