The construction of the Punkt office building has started in Wrzeszcz, Gdańsk. The six-storey building will provide nearly 13,000 sq m. sqm lease area. There will be commercial premises on the ground floor of the building. The office building will be certified in the LEED v4 system and will apply for the "Object without barriers" certificate. The completion date of the investment is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.
