Construction is underway on the Andersia Silver office building, located in Poznań's business center at Andersa Square. The 117.5-meter-tall building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023. The building recently secured its first tenant. The 25-story office building, located near Stary Browar and the Poznań Financial Center, will offer nearly 40,000 square meters of usable space. The building will feature showers and changing rooms for cyclists, charging stations for scooters and electric vehicles, and a terrace. Part of the building's façade will be equipped with photovoltaic panels. Andersia Silver is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification.
