The first stage of Centrum Południe, the largest investment by Skanska in Wrocław, has obtained an occupancy permit. The complex will offer 85 thousand. sq m space in five buildings. The first office building delivered nearly 26 thousand. sq m modern work space. The building, as the only one in Wrocław, will receive the prestigious WELL certificate, confirming the highest quality of office space, ensuring the healthiest working environment. Another distinguishing feature of the project is the first pavement in the capital of Lower Silesia with the use of green concrete, anti-smog surface, neutralizing pollution emitted by e.g. by cars. The entire facility will ultimately be 100 percent. powered by wind energy and photovoltaic installations.
