The Olivia Prime office building in Gdańsk has just opened, featuring six green terraces and 19 loggias. The building features roof terraces for relaxation, including two with sea views, which are accessible to all employees. The new office building is saturated with art. The halls feature murals, and the walls were designed like paintings by renowned Tricity artists. Olivia Prime is one of only four buildings in Poland with an all-glass, ventilated, triple-glazed façade, providing the best possible interior lighting. The building is secured by state-of-the-art touchless systems, including a touchless entry system that allows not only access control but also contactless elevator calls.
