At 9 Powstańców Śląskich Street, the company has begun construction of the MidPoint71 office building, which will offer nearly 37,000 square meters of modern space. The fourteen-story building will soon become a landmark in Wrocław. The lower, six-story base of the building is adorned with an original and striking façade. The subtle gradation of the rust color on the panels of this part of the façade will add a distinctive character to the building. The design also includes numerous terraces creating recreational space for tenants. The ground floor will feature service outlets, a restaurant, and comfortable common areas that can be used for informal meetings or relaxation between work duties. Completion of the building and obtaining an occupancy permit are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021. MidPoint71 was designed in accordance with BREEAM certification guidelines with an Excellent rating.
