Construction of the second phase of the Textorial Park complex will begin soon. The total area of the four-story office building will reach nearly 39,000 square meters. In addition to the new office building and renovated warehouses for commercial purposes, Łódź residents will also have access to 9,000 square meters of public space with green islands. The revitalization of the Księży Młyn area, which involves the renovation of historic buildings and the development of new investments, has been underway for a long time. As a result, the area is becoming a popular destination for Łódź residents and tourists. It was in Księży Młyn that Andrzej Wajda filmed the film "The Promised Land." Ideas and plans for the redevelopment of Karol Scheibler's former factories are extensive. Approximately 8,000 square meters of public space in Łódź are slated for modernization in the near future.
