International visitors are showing the greatest interest in the revitalized office spaces. The multifunctional Monopolis business complex is being built in the historic premises of the Łódź Vodka Monopol, dating back to 1902. It is the third largest factory complex in Łódź, after the Karol Scheibler and Izrael Poznański factories. Monopolis will bring 24,000 square meters of office space and 5,400 square meters of service space to the Łódź market. Offices will be created in the main building of the former vodka bottling plant and two new buildings. In the first phase, alongside modern offices, services will be created in the post-industrial spaces. Restaurants, cafes, and a theater will be located in the historic buildings.
