Cavatina will restore the glory of Widzewska Manufaktura in Łódź. The developer has finalized a contract for the purchase and sale of real estate with an area of approx. 4 ha along with historic buildings. In the post-industrial complex of Widzewska Manufaktura at Aleja Piłsudskiego 135 in Łódź, there are currently four objects entered in the register of monuments as an urban complex of post-industrial Łódź. The restored 19th-century factory, once the largest textile plant in Poland, will house A-class offices, rental apartments and commercial and service premises, as well as open spaces for rest and recreation, as well as a gastronomic and cultural zone. The investor also announced the revitalization of the 100-year-old park with a fountain.
