Construction of HB Reavis' second and largest investment in Warsaw has reached the next stage. The lower building of the green Forest office campus has already reached its target height, and the adjacent tower now boasts over ten stories. The lower building, facing Burakowska Street, is now fully glazed and will be completed in early 2021. And every seven days, the skyscraper located near the Zgrupowania AK Radosław roundabout adds another floor, reaching its final height of 120 meters in spring 2021. Forest will be clad in transparent solar-control glass, with windows coated from floor to ceiling with a special triple silver coating, ensuring unobstructed views and optimal thermal comfort. The complex, which will be completed by the end of next year, will offer 78,000 square meters of workspace, dining and retail outlets, and a publicly accessible courtyard filled with greenery.
