Blue School opens new branch in Wiśniowy Business Park
28 April 2026Niebieska Szkoła Podstawowa (Blue Elementary School), dedicated to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, is opening its next Warsaw location at Wiśniowy Business Park, managed by Indotek Poland. The lease agreement covers over 3,000 sq. m, including a dedicated green area. The first students will begin their education at the new address in September 2026, with high school students joining them in 2027.
Niebieska Szkoła is a non-public educational institution that has been operating since 2022. It follows the national core curriculum for primary education. The school addresses the challenges faced by students on the autism spectrum by organizing a consistent educational and therapeutic process tailored to the individual needs, talents, and developmental potential of each student.
- For several years, we have successfully supported children on the autism spectrum, whose numbers are steadily increasing. To provide them with a comprehensive educational path from elementary school to high school, along with support appropriate to their needs, we are constantly expanding. A functional and safe space is a vital element in creating a suitable environment for the learning and development of our children. We chose Wiśniowy Business Park because it fits our requirements perfectly. An additional advantage is the green area, which will serve our students as a place for active recreation, says Magda Szatkowska of Niebieska Szkoła.
The lease agreement includes a total of over 2,700 sq. m of space in Building E of the Wiśniowy Business Park complex. The school will have access to a dedicated green area and parking spaces. The facility will develop the branch in stages - starting with the upcoming school year and the following one - in September 2026 and 2027.

The owner of four buildings (C, D, E, F) in Wiśniowy Business Park, with a total area of over 40,000 sq m and managed by Indotek Polska, is Appeninn, which is listed in the Premium category of the Budapest Stock Exchange. Wiśniowy Business Park is located in Warsaw's Włochy district, in the immediate vicinity of the main artery connecting the city center with Chopin Airport.They are distinguished by their green surroundings and, above all, functionally designed office space and stylishly decorated common areas. The buildings hold a BREEAM In-use environmental certificate at the "Very Good" level. There are 1,300 parking spaces available in underground garages and surface parking lots within the business park. Nearby amenities include two hotels, a fitness club, and several restaurants.
